QA Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to support enterprise-level applications within a leading energy and utilities environment. This role involves working on cross-functional initiatives to enhance system quality, improve user experience, and ensure seamless delivery of applications for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application testing, defect management, and collaboration with technical and business teams in an Agile environment., * Perform end-to-end testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Execute test cases, document results, and identify/report defects accurately
• Conduct retesting and validation to ensure issue resolution
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot real-time issues
