• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT) environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments
