IT Systems Administrator - Grandville Area job in Grandville

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Implement and maintain system security protocols, including regular vulnerability assessments and patch management.
• Provide technical support and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee data backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity and data integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) security best practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) specific to manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SCADA, MES, or other industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in an OT (Operational Technology) context.
• Certifications in industrial networking (e.g., CCNA Industrial, CompTIA Industrial Cybersecurity).
