Product Owner

• Support a modernization initiative involving the refactor and redeployment of a long-standing enterprise time reporting application
• Help lead technical delivery through testing, deployment, hyper-care, and ongoing enhancement efforts
• Provide both business and technical direction across a cloud-based application environment
• Serve as a key point of contact for interconnected applications, coordinating upgrades, changes, and cross-system impacts
• Partner closely with architects, technical leads, business analysts, project managers, and delivery teams to support implementation efforts
• Translate business and technical needs into actionable priorities and outcomes
• Manage backlog, enhancements, and long-term sustainability planning for the application
• Help define and support an effective post-go-live support model for the modernized platform
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with operational needs

• Experience serving as a Product Owner or similar role within complex enterprise application environments
• Hands-on experience working with cloud-based architecture, modern front-end applications, backend services, relational databases, and reporting tools
• Experience with technologies such as AWS, Angular, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and change management principles
• Ability to work across both technical and business teams to balance priorities and drive delivery
• Experience managing product backlog, enhancements, and ongoing application support needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate requirements into clear execution plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting modernization or transformation efforts for legacy enterprise applications
• Strong SQL or database experience in support of application delivery and reporting
• Background working in enterprise environments with complex compliance, operational, or workforce management requirements
