Job description

  • Develop and implement cross-functional change management strategies and roadmaps aligned with digital transformation objectives
  • Lead change impact assessments to identify stakeholder groups, evaluate the degree of change, and determine appropriate interventions for successful implementation
  • Design and oversee stakeholder engagement plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and adoption measurement frameworks
  • Establish and manage change management governance structures such as change networks, sponsor coalitions, and change agent communities
  • Partner with project management, IT, and operational leadership to integrate change management activities into broader project plans
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance, capability gaps, and cultural barriers
  • Lead, mentor, and provide oversight to change management resources across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure adoption, proficiency, and business impact
  • Use data-driven insights to refine change strategies and demonstrate outcomes
  • Develop change management tools, templates, playbooks, and scalable resources to support a repeatable organizational change practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in organizational change management
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting large-scale technology transformation programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management strategies for complex organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional change initiatives in matrixed environments
  • Experience overseeing change management teams or resources across multiple concurrent projects or programs
  • Background supporting digital transformation efforts involving system implementation, automation, process standardization, system integration, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Experience working with senior leaders to build sponsorship and drive organizational adoption
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and execution skills
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner, * Prosci Certification
  • CCMP Certification
  • PMI-ACP Certification
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts in complex operational environments
