Technical Production Support Analyst 1

Technical Production Support Analyst 1. 6-7 years of experience in production support or application support within healthcare or regulated environments. 2. Hands-on experience supporting LIMS, CRM, or EMR systems. 3. Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and system integrations. 4. Proficiency with SQL and relational databases. 5. Experience with ticketing and incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). Salary Range: $100K - 105K

Mdxhealth is a molecular diagnostics company - They deliver test results related to urology/oncology, supported heavily by their Laboratory Information System (LIS). Their product is data - and the LIS is central to revenue. Regulated industry- They operate in healthcare diagnostics audited, validated systems, tight change control. Candidates must be comfortable with documentation, quality gates, traceability, and multi-step approval workflows.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
