QA Tester

• Develop and execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Validate API responses, data integrity, and system integrations.
• Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across multiple environments.
• Document defects clearly in Jira and collaborate with engineering for resolution.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.
• Partner with product and development teams to ensure release quality.

We are seeking a QA Tester with strong analytical skills and experience in API and backend testing. This mid-to-senior level role focuses on validating complex systems end-to-end, ensuring integrations and data flows work as intended. You will design and execute test cases, collaborate with developers and product teams, and help improve QA processes. A BA/BSA background is highly valued, and technical skills can be taught if you bring curiosity and systems-level thinking., * 5+ years of manual QA experience (mid to senior level).

• Strong analytical mindset; ability to understand system architecture and workflows.
• Experience testing APIs and backend processes.
• BA/BSA background or equivalent experience in requirements analysis.
• Familiarity with SDLC, QA methodologies, and defect tracking tools.
• Nice to have: basic SQL for data validation; exposure to automation tools.
