Job description
We're seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on, on-site IT support at a large corporate facility in Columbia, SC. This role supports end users across all levels of the organization and plays a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly., * Provide desktop and PC support for Windows workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Perform hardware/software break-fix and device imaging
- Resolve and track issues using a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
- Support basic Active Directory tasks (user accounts, permissions)
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLAs
Requirements
- 3+ years desktop or PC support experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with Windows desktop environments and ticketing tools
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Columbia, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
