Job description

This position is a subject matter expert in the Workday ecosystem and technology. This individual will be able to build low code/no code solutions within systems. Support solutions and implementations; document system, solution, project and team functionality, processes, decisions, etc. This individual will also coordinate changes, liaise across IT and the business, and analyze relevant services and systems.:

35% Under general supervision: Build:

  • Good understanding of Platform/Systems
  • Procedures to improve the existing systems by applying the appropriate changes or updates.
  • Day-to-Day unit functions of specialized technology such as: User management, License management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
  • Medium complexity configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
  • Create and Optimize simple Workflows & Dashboards; 10%

Support:

  • Tier 3 support for production systems.
  • SDLC
  • Monitoring applications and existing EIB integrations
  • User support.

15% Document:

  • Development of functional requirements
  • Technical requirements.
  • Business Process Workflow diagrams.
  • Work on approved project management software.
  • Knowledge base and deliver Technical Documentation

15% Coordinating:

  • Releases / CRQ Owner
  • Application upgrades
  • Testing & deployment
  • User Training e. Monitor user adoption.

15% Liaise with:

  • Business partners & users
  • Vendors both for implementation projects and issue support
  • Technical liaison to Software Engineers, systems engineers, Database Administrators, and other IT Teams.

10% Analysis of:

  • Customer needs and developing of functional requirements that specify what the technology solutions should do and how they should perform.
  • Current business processes and systems to identify their strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available., * 2 years experience with Workday Studio + Bachelors in applicable field or 4 total years of Workday Studio

  • Understands Finance Industry, banking, and has a service minded work ethic.
  • Experience reviewing and refining product backlogs
  • Serves as on-call responder for software support.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Desired relevant experience 5 years.
  • Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC)
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Experience working with SCRUM Agile
  • Working knowledge of Remedy
  • Experience and understanding of inbound/outbound EIB integrations
