ERP/CRM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position will focus on leveraging Salesforce and related technologies to meet organizational needs within the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, coupled with expertise in data integration and system configuration.

Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, permission settings, security protocols, and sandbox release management.

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using tools such as Flow, OmniStudio, Lightning, and Experience Cloud.

Oversee the implementation and management of Marketing Cloud, ensuring a smooth transition from previous platforms.

Configure and optimize Data Cloud/Data 360 while implementing best practices for data management.

Integrate data using platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, or other iPaaS solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.

Implement client-side scripting solutions to enhance user experience and system functionality.

Develop and maintain APIs to support seamless communication between systems.

Provide ongoing configuration management and support for system enhancements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all aspects of Salesforce development and integration

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Proficiency in tools such as Flow, OmniStudio, Lightning, and Experience Cloud. Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud development and management. Strong knowledge of Data Cloud/Data 360 configuration and data management best practices. Expertise in data integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, or equivalent. Ability to create and maintain business requirement documents. Experience with client-side scripting and API development.
