Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) and a background in aerospace or complex discrete manufacturing. The ideal candidate will lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of manufacturing modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements., * Lead implementation and support of Oracle Manufacturing modules including:

• Work in Process (WIP)
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Inventory
• Cost Management
• Engineering

• Gather and document business requirements; translate into functional specifications
• Configure Oracle ERP solutions to support manufacturing operations
• Drive end-to-end process design across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
• Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., traceability, quality controls, regulatory requirements)

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience (EBS and/or Fusion)
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing)
• Proven experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes
• Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills, * Experience with aerospace standards
• Exposure to Quality, PLM, and Supply Chain modules
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing
• Knowledge of integrations with MES or third-party systems
• Certification in Oracle Manufacturing modules (preferred)
