Oracle Consultant

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Consultant on behalf of our client in Remote (US). This role is ideal for a seasoned Oracle expert who can assess, validate, and optimize database architecture in complex enterprise environments. You will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing Oracle deployments., * Conduct in-depth assessments and validation of Oracle deployment architecture

• Provide expert guidance on Oracle database design, internals, and system dependencies
• Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment models and best practices
• Ensure alignment with enterprise-grade security, performance, and resiliency standards
• Evaluate and optimize integration with monitoring and auditing tools, including IBM Guardium, * Architect Oracle database deployments, migrations, and upgrades
• Oversee host-level security patching with minimal or zero downtime

Database Security

• Define and validate security requirements for regulated environments
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards

Database Performance

• Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks
• Assess the impact of third-party tools (e.g., IBM Guardium) on database performance

Oracle Architecture

• Deep understanding of Oracle database internals, architecture, and processes
• Experience integrating Oracle with monitoring, auditing, and security tools

Backup & Recovery

• Strong expertise in backup and recovery strategies
• Ability to design solutions ensuring minimal data loss in high-transaction environments

Industry Experience

• Proven track record in architecting mission-critical database environments
• Experience working in highly regulated, performance-sensitive systems
