Job description
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle Utilities CIS / C2M solutions
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support end-to-end implementation across:
- Customer lifecycle management
- Billing and invoicing
- Metering and usage
- Field service operations
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations and data migration activities
- Participate in system transformation and migration initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business needs and system capabilities
- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities (CIS / C2M) implementations
- Strong understanding of utilities domain (Gas, Electric, or Water)
- Experience with system transformation or migration projects
- Functional expertise in customer lifecycle, billing, metering, and service management
- Working knowledge of WACS and Oracle Field Service (OFS)
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints and data migration concepts
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in client-facing environments
- Willingness to travel as required, * Experience in SAP to Oracle transformation programs
- Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams
- Strong documentation and workshop facilitation skills
