Job description
We are seeking two Cash Applications Specialists to support high-volume payment processing. These roles will focus on applying customer payments by identifying and matching ACH and online portal transactions to specific invoices., * Process and apply incoming ACH payments from banking portals
- Manage Lockbox or online payment systems
- Identify and match payments to customer invoices
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer account records
Requirements
- Prior cash applications experience required
- Experience with online banking portals or lockbox processing
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy
- ERP experience required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
