Job description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to guide the performance, reliability, and ongoing improvement of a business-critical enterprise platform supporting manufacturing and finance operations in Mansfield. This position offers the opportunity to lead a focused applications team, work closely with cross-functional leaders, and strengthen the structure around a highly tailored system environment. Responsibilities:

Lead and support a specialized applications team, providing direction, coaching, and accountability for daily work and long-term goals.

Oversee the health, support model, and enhancement roadmap for a heavily customized ERP platform used across multiple operating sites.

Work closely with leaders in manufacturing, finance, and operations to translate business priorities into effective system solutions.

Establish a clear process for evaluating, sequencing, and delivering system improvements while protecting platform stability.

Coordinate smaller-scale initiatives and continuous improvement efforts related to ERP functionality, integrations, and user needs.

Monitor system performance and issue resolution to help ensure dependable application availability for core business processes.

Contribute to application governance, documentation, and planning activities that improve consistency and decision-making.

Support future-state planning by helping prepare the platform, processes, and team for longer-term modernization efforts.
Requirements
Requirements * Experience working with ERP platforms in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to support operational and financial process needs.

Background managing or supporting legacy, complex, or highly customized enterprise applications.

Prior experience leading technical, functional, or application support team members.

Strong ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and IT teams to align goals and expectations.

Hands-on approach to problem-solving, prioritization, and day-to-day application leadership.

Familiarity with business systems and technologies such as Epicor, Oracle NetSuite, ABAP, change management practices, or business requirements documentation. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
