Job description

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee Oracle data and reporting initiatives within a dynamic environment. This long-term contract position is based in Memphis, Tennessee, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle Fusion systems and project management, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic rollout plans for Oracle Fusion systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage resource allocation effectively to optimize project timelines and outcomes.

  • Oversee the integration and functionality of Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM platforms.

  • Conduct quality control assessments to maintain high standards throughout project execution.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless implementation.

  • Coordinate reporting processes to provide accurate and actionable insights.

  • Monitor financial system performance and implement improvements as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with project objectives, budgets, and schedules.

  • Facilitate communication across departments to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Requirements * Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, with expertise in Oracle Fusion systems.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and Middleware.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute rollout plans for complex projects.

  • Proficiency in resource allocation and project scheduling.

  • Familiarity with financial system integration and reporting processes.

  • Exceptional quality control and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
