Accountable for leading post-acquisition ERP and WMS migration programs, with a primary focus on TSA exit and transition from legacy platforms to net-new ERP/WMS solutions. Responsible for end-to-end delivery, executive reporting, vendor oversight, and business continuity across manufacturing and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead post-close ERP and WMS migration programs through cutover and stabilization * Execute TSA exit plans, including dependency tracking and milestone management * Own integrated project plans across application, data, infrastructure, and business workstreams * Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external systems integrators * Drive governance cadence, executive updates, and issue escalation * Ensure operational continuity during manufacturing, distribution, and financial cutovers Required Experience * 7+ years of IT project management experience * Minimum of 2 completed ERP and/or WMS implementations or migrations * Direct experience with post-acquisition TSA exit activities * Hands-on delivery experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments Preferred Experience * Epicor Kinetic and/or NetSuite implementation experience * M&A integration, carve-out, or divestiture programs * PMP or equivalent certification

Additional Skills & Qualifications
The primary skill sets required include: * Excellent communication skills, including executive-level communication and presentation experience * Experience leading post-close M&A activities in the ERP/WMS space * An understanding of both distribution and manufacturing workflows and processes The preferred candidate will have experience with Epicor Kinetics and/or NetSuite. If a candidate does not have experience with both platforms, a strong pairing would include experience between them.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
