IT Project Coordinator

This is a high-ownership coordination role responsible for driving the execution of multiple network infrastructure projects across the country.

You will operate at the center of our delivery engine-ensuring projects move forward without delays, miscommunication, or rework.

We are not looking for a task-taker.

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes ownership
• Anticipates issues before they escalate
• Drives communication with urgency and clarity

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple structured cabling and network deployment projects nationwide
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with company standards
• Track milestones and proactively identify and escalate risks
• Serve as primary point of contact between customers and field technicians
• Coordinate technician scheduling and material delivery
• Maintain accurate, real-time project documentation
• Perform quality control by reviewing field deliverables (photos, documentation)
• Communicate project status clearly and consistently

• 2+ years of project coordination or similar operational role
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Structured cabling / telecom / network infrastructure exposure
• Familiarity with ISP/circuit installs
• Ability to interpret construction drawings
• Experience with Visio
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, Cisco, TCP/IP
