PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant Lead - US BASED ONLY

Metaformers' professional consulting team has a long-term opportunity for a versatile PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong PeopleSoft HCM functional expertise and understanding of project planning to work with closely with team PM.

• In-depth PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional knowledge across multiple modules
• Proven team leadership experience
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and drive project tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interfacing with senior management
• Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 implementation experience
• MS Project experience a plus

• Full-time or contract (contractors must be direct w/all inclusive rate)
• Oracle Cloud training / certification available for full-time hires
• Remote work, must work Eastern Time Zone hours
• Work must be performed within the United States
