Job description

Description We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to oversee non-IT initiatives in areas such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product rollouts. This position requires a strategic thinker who can plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects while ensuring seamless integration of technical activities. As this is a long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in driving organizational success in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

  • Manage and coordinate the integration of technical activities across various departments.

  • Present comprehensive reports, proposals, and findings to clients and stakeholders.

  • Assess technology needs and market demands to evaluate project feasibility.

  • Recruit, train, and assess team members while supporting their growth.

  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure efficient resource allocation.

  • Monitor production processes and apply strategies to optimize operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.

Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout project execution. Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management strategies.

  • Familiarity with business principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational management.

  • Proficiency in computer software such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and O365.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • PMP certification or other relevant credentials preferred.
