Senior PC Support Technician

Equity Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist in Knoxville, TN to provide hands-on hardware and software support to end users across a variety of devices. This role supports both on-site and remote users and plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily support for PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft Windows issues
• Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner
• Image, stage, and deploy new equipment
• Manage and track IT assets (PCs, printers, registers, etc.)
• Support and guide junior technicians and help desk staff
• Assist with IT projects and serve as a technical subject matter expert
• Create documentation and processes for support teams

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 6-8 years of experience supporting end-user technology

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MECM (SCCM), PXE, and OS deployments
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, and Group Policy
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and remote tools like BeyondTrust (Bomgar)
• Experience with scripting, imaging, and endpoint management (BigFix preferred)
• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications

Work Environment

• Office and/or warehouse setting
• May require occasional lifting (10-40 lbs) and physical movement
