Salesforce Senior Administrator

Position Overview: Drive Platform Strategy and Ownership Our client is seeking a Salesforce professional ready to step beyond traditional administration into a highly strategic role. This individual will act as a solution architect, systems thinker, and trusted business partner-owning a complex, customized Salesforce ecosystem. You will guide technical direction, manage integrations, and lead advanced reporting initiatives that directly influence business performance. • Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, supporting and evolving a highly customized environment

• Drive long-term platform strategy aligned with business objectives

• Solution Architecture

• Design scalable, sustainable solutions that go beyond immediate requests

• Evaluate business needs holistically to determine optimal technical approaches

• Stakeholder Partnership

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions

• Clearly communicate trade-offs, risks, and business impacts

• Integration Management

• Oversee and enhance integrations with external platforms such as DocuSign and mobile inspection tools

• Ensure seamless data flow across systems

• Data & Analytics Leadership

• Own advanced reporting and analytics using Salesforce tools and Tableau

• Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making

• Process Governance

• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of enhancement requests across departments

• Maintain alignment with broader business processes and mitigate downstream risks

• Technical Leadership

• Lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and guide stakeholders toward optimal outcomes

• Contribute hands-on development using Apex, Flows, and automation tools as needed

• Collaboration

• Work effectively with internal and external teams using tools such as Slack and Jira

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in administration and solution design

• Proven success managing complex, customized Salesforce environments

• Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with Flows, validation rules, and automation

• Ability to contribute Apex and programmatic solutions at a junior-to-mid level

• Experience managing integrations and external data sources

• Familiarity with Salesforce Maps, Sales Engagement, or similar tools

• Proficiency in reporting and analytics, including Tableau

• Architecture & Strategic Thinking

• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions

• Strong systems-thinking mindset with attention to long-term impact

• Communication & Leadership

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language

• Proven success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

• Experience bridging business strategy and technical execution, * Experience working with multiple external data integrations

• Exposure to field operations or mobile inspection tools
