- Provide hands-on technical support for a wide range of hardware and software issues-including application errors, peripheral troubleshooting (printers, scanners), and OS-level support across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain servers and workstations, while overseeing the Veeam Backup System to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Support internal networks using knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, routers, and VPNs, and assist with monitoring and responding to alerts via tools such as SolarWinds.
- Enforce baseline security procedures, manage access controls, and securely process password resets to safeguard company data and systems.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or similar technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Solid working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, including user account management and provisioning.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, routers, VPNs) and experience with ticketing platforms such as FreshService, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical users at all levels of the organization.
