Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes, and suggest improvements

Create current and target state architecture and develop roadmaps

Conduct portfolio analysis of application inventory and platforms supporting business domains

Suggest ideas to simplify, innovate, and reduce costs for IT and business leadership

Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance

Ensure efficiency, security, and alignment with organizational goals

Develop compliance architecture methods, including data storage, metadata management, and change control

Determine and implement build vs. buy strategies aligned with business and technology strategy

Govern AI use cases to ensure ROI and adherence to standards and policies

Prepare and present to the Technical Architecture Group
Requirements
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with strong experience in the Financial Services and Insurance domain. The role focuses on evaluating business and IT functions, defining architecture strategies, and driving technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals., + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Strong Financial Services and Insurance domain knowledge

Experience with insurance package implementation

Proficiency with technology platforms/frameworks/concepts: AWS, OCI, Azure public clouds, ERP systems (Workday, Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft), data lakehouse concepts, data mesh architectures, security frameworks, AI/GenAI implementation concepts/frameworks (e.g., RAG)

Experience with architecture frameworks and APM tools such as Ardoq

Strong experience in Corporate Finance, HR, or Legal/Risk/Compliance

Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good leadership and motivational skills

Experience in system architecture is advantageous

Financial Services/Insurance industry experience is required
