Job description

FusionRM Platform Delivery & Governance

  • Own firsthand configuration and development of FusionRM capabilities supporting:

  • Enterprise risk and compliance workflows.

  • Third-party risk assessments and monitoring.

  • Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), continuity plans, and recovery strategies.

  • Crisis management playbooks, event tracking, and response coordination.

  • Disaster recovery planning, testing, and reporting.

  • Apply and reinforce platform configuration standards, development patterns, and documentation practices to ensure consistency, maintainability, and audit readiness.

  • Partner with process owners to translate governance, regulatory, and resilience requirements into practical platform designs and implementations.

  • Support platforms change governance by ensuring changes are well documented, assessed, traceable, and aligned to enterprise SDLC and control expectations.

Configuration, Workflow & Technical Solution Development

  • Build and maintain FusionRM workflows, including:

  • Intake forms, questionnaires, scoring models, validations, and approval paths.

  • Business rules, calculations, notifications, escalations, and automated tasking.

  • Role based access controls and data visibility rules.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for operational, risk, compliance, and executive audiences.

  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues across configuration, workflow logic, data integrity, and integrations, providing clear root cause analysis and remediation.

AIFirst Enablement & Intelligent Automation

  • Design and implement AI assisted capabilities within FusionRM workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency, such as:

  • AI assisted drafting of BIAs, continuity plans, recovery strategies, crisis playbooks, and control narratives (with human review and approval).

  • Intelligent intake, classification, and routing of risk, third party, and resilience related requests.

  • AI assisted data quality checks, completeness validation, and anomaly detection.

  • Integrate FusionRM with approved enterprise AI tools (e.g., copilots, agents, orchestration platforms) using responsible AI patterns, including:

  • Human in the loop decision points for material outputs.

  • Traceability and evidence capture for AI generated content.

  • Data protection, access controls, and retention safeguards.

  • Collaborate with Security, Privacy, and Risk teams to ensure AI usage aligns with enterprise AI governance and model risk expectations.

Integration, Data Management & Interoperability

  • Design and support secure integrations between FusionRM and enterprise systems such as:

  • Identity and access management platforms.

  • CMDB, assets, and service data sources.

  • ITSM, vendor management, and collaboration platforms.

  • Implement and support data import/export processes, normalization, duplication, and data quality controls.

  • Document integration flows, dependencies, and failure handling procedures to support operational resilience and audit needs.

Release Management, SDLC & Platform Operations

  • Support FusionRM release activities across development, test, and production environments.

  • Partner with platform owners and DevOps teams to improve deployment reliability, testing practices, and rollback readiness.

  • Maintain technical documentation and runbooks to enable repeatable, minimal risk releases and operational support.

Security, Compliance & Audit Support

  • Ensure FusionRM configurations and integrations adhere to enterprise security and compliance requirements.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing technical documentation, configuration evidence, and traceability from requirements to implementation.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Function as a trusted technical partner to Risk, Compliance, Resilience, Security, and IT stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation options, explaining tradeoffs where necessary.

  • Contribute to shared documentation, reusable patterns, and platform knowledge to improve overall FusionRM maturity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems OR 6 or more years of practical experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT system
  • 6 or more years' experience with enterprise platform configuration, workflow automation, or application development
  • 6 or more years' experience delivering secure solutions involving complex workflow and rule-based automation
  • 6 or more years' experience data modeling, reporting, and executive dashboards
  • 6 or more years' experience secure integrations between enterprise systems
  • 6 or more years' experience working in environments with formal governance, audit, or regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years' direct experience with Fusion Risk Management modules (GRC, Third Party Risk, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery).

  • 6 or more years of experience supporting risk, compliance, or resilience programs (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, SOX aligned controls, vendor risk, operational resilience).

  • 6 or more years of practical experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflows using governed, auditable, and human reviewed approaches.

  • 6 or more years of familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, or asset data integrations that support resilience and recovery planning.

Additional Job Standards

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose complex platform issues.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Disciplined approach to governance, security, and documentation without overengineering.

  • Ability to operate independently and lead through technical expertise rather than authority.

  • Comfort working in ambiguity and iteratively improving platform capabilities.

  • AIFirst mindset with an understanding of both AI value and AI risk in regulated enterprise environments.

Benefits & conditions

Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.
