Desktop Support Specialist

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade of desktop and laptop systems (PC and Mac), peripheral devices, and specialized manufacturing systems.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced technical expertise, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to lead project teams and support critical production environments both onsite and remotely.
• This is a hands-on, customer-focused position that plays a key role in our IT operations and business continuity.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS platforms.
• Strong experience with Active Directory and common enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) tools and mobile OS platforms.
• Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing computer systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
