Job description
The Integration Specialist is responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies. This role requires the ability to read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions, and use various hand tools to assemble and install components., * Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
- Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or similar tools.
- Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels.
- Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires between individual component leads.
- Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
- Tend to machines and adjust or trim materials from components.
- Position or align components and parts using hand tools or machines.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.
- Prepare work by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
- Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisor for additional resources.
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine supply levels, placing and tracking orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently.
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Requirements
- Proficiency in assembly, electrical wiring, and schematic interpretation.
- Experience in using power tools, soldering, and electrical wiring.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Experience in using hand tools and mechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of control panel integration and cabling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in assembling and wiring new 5G concealment structures.

This is a Contract position based out of North Charleston, SC. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
