Schedule Integrator

We are seeking an onsite program scheduling and planning integrator to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. The ideal candidate will have experience with the administration and integration of multiple large and complex schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule. The candidate should possess exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various technical program teams and have the ability to recognize, troubleshoot, and resolve complex schedule issues., * Develop, maintain, and execute processes that support the execution and planning of technical program requirements using MS Project software and other tools like SSI Tools.

• Integrate multiple project schedules that align with program milestones and adhere to best scheduling practices.
• Create and implement schedule template files for consistent tracking of similar events across multiple disconnected schedules.
• Evaluate integrated schedules using various schedule data filters to produce schedule outputs and exports.
• Assist other planners and schedulers in the creation, maintenance, update, analysis, and troubleshooting for MS Project schedules.
• Manage complex schedule management and integration processes for major programs.
• Build schedule visualization products as outputs from multiple complex MS Project schedules using software such as OnePager.
• Manage the execution of schedule updates or baseline changes and the integration process as a routine business execution process.
• Establish and manage schedule development and management standards and processes used across multiple programs and project offices.
• Establish and report schedule management metrics and reports as outputs from the schedule integration process to evaluate program health.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience overseeing large program schedules and the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Project Professional.
• Experience using OnePager (schedule visualization tool).
• Experience using SSI Tools for MS Project (schedule integration tool).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel for supporting implementation of pivot tables, cell equations, and functions.
• Experience with MS SharePoint.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using MS Power BI.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and workflows.
• Experience using Ceptah Bridge as an integration tool between Jira and MS Project.
• Experience with Kidasa Milestones.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6.

This is an onsite position that involves working closely with various technical program teams. This is a Contract position based out of Rockville, MD. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $76.00/hr.
