Job description
The HR Technology Analyst, Talent Systems will be the Talent Management System Super User, partnering with functional training teams to make their career development experience vision a reality. This individual plays a critical role in the configuration and management of the Talent Management system, helping formulate curriculum and LMS structure from the ground up to fit the unique needs of LDI and its workforce, as well as supporting the Performance Management process and annual Talent Planning process. This full-time, hybrid-eligible position will report to the Sr HR Operations Manager at our Enterprise Solutions location in New Hope, MN., * Act as super user of the Talent Management system, always maintaining top subject matter expertise and continuing to develop new skills in the area of LMS, Performance and Succession administration.
- Key contributor to LMS implementation project team (implementation in late summer 2027) as well as ongoing system implementations and enhancements.
- Partnerswith training owners to set up and administer new learning content, courses, learnings paths, assignments, org structures, certifications, new users, removal of users and troubleshooting.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements, including providing feedback and guidance on how scheduled system updates and releases will impact existing processes.
- Partner with Workplace Effectiveness team, business partners and HR Technology team to implement LMS improvements that drive business results.
- Develop and deliver customized reports and metrics to key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of critical metrics to inform decisions, including management of system dashboards and home pages.
- Create and maintain LMS process documentation and training resources to ensure stakeholders are always knowledgeable on how to use the system to the best of it's capabilities, including conducting trainings for new system users such as the HR team.
- Uphold process and governance for LMS training administration across LDI to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training process.
- System administrator of Giving system, StratusLive, helping facilitate giving between LDI employees and non-profits.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience with an LMS or related performance management technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with multiple levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, solve problems and think critically
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and reallocate priorities regularly, including managing projects
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in a manufacturing industry
- Experience with an HRIS, outside of Learning & Performance modules
- Experience with SumTotal
Benefits & conditions
The starting base salary range for this position is $68,355 - $85,445 per year. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
