Technical Systems Analyst - HRIS/SQL

Minimum 7 years in Technical Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related fields.

• At least 5 years supporting HR, Compensation, and/or Payroll systems.
• Expertise in collaborating with software developers and cross-functional teams, with full SDLC involvement (Agile, Lean, and/or Kanban).
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in Product or Project Management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with compensation planning models and integration tools like SSIS, DTS, or Informatica is a plus.
