Job description

Workday Analyst (Recruitment Module) Join a dynamic, forward-thinking team where you will act as the Workday Recruiting module expert at a prestigious global law firm. This hybrid position allows you to work from most U.S. locations, providing flexibility while engaging in exciting strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier professionals in talent acquisition and HR while helping to refine and optimize the firm's recruitment process by leveraging cutting-edge HR technology.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS and Workday, particularly within professional services or corporate settings.
  • Proven expertise in configuring the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and optimizing HR processes.
  • Preferably experienced with DocuSign integration.
  • Strong skills in communication, both writing, and verbal, along with analytical thinking.
  • Excellent organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience handling multiple priorities and adapting to business changes efficiently.
  • Capable of working independently with a high degree of accountability.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving results through collaboration.
