Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Data Scientist to join our team and lead the
development of series of customized GenAI solutions. This role will focus on building scalable,
production-grade systems using Python and modern frameworks, with a strong emphasis on
generative AI applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent
agents. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, agile environment and be comfortable
working consultatively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present results., * 3+ year of coding experience (Preferably Python)

3+ years of experience in backend systems (FastAPI experience is a plus)

Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG pipelines,
agent-based systems)

Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar

Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS

Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in agile settings

Ability to work consultatively with junior stakeholders, clarify needs, and communicate
technical concepts effectively Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with healthcare (PBM / insurance) domains

Familiarity with B2B sales process

Experience integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise workflows

Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,
Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree
Benefits & conditions
Compensation: $40-50/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
