Scrum Master/Project Manager

Looking for Scrum Master / Project Manager in Mesa, AZ, and Indianapolis, IN at U.S.A, looking for immediate joiner. It's onsite opportunity. Max Rate: $100k or C2C. Must Skills: ADO, KPI , Dashboard, Project Planning Matrix, Sprint Matrix, End to end Sprint planning and execution. Some Focus on:

• Pure Agile Principles, Support development teams in optimizing delivery workflows, ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps (ADO), and maintaining accurate team metrics. This role will serve as a bridge between scrum master, metrics reporting, and operational excellence. Maintain and monitor Agile delivery structure within Azure DevOps (repos, boards, pipelines, etc. Monitor and enforce best practices across ADO projects and work items. Track and analyze team metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput and other team metrics the organization has defined: o Track, analyze and spot patterns in scrum metrics to support daily management practices. o Gathering data and compiling relevant information from scrum masters and scrum teams. Provide regular reporting and insights into leadership using ADO and Power BI: o Track, report and follow up on capital expenditure (Capex) related to the Agile teams on alternate days and weekly and monthly basis. o Assist in daily management material preparation using the metrics collected. Coordinate and manage all scrum ceremonies across multiple teams. Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives when needed. Identify process improvements and support implementation. Assist in release management organization and communication. Coordinate release documentation creation and completion.

5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, scrum master, or agile delivery, operational analyst role. Experience working in software development or technical environments Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with data tracking and visualization. Knowledge of building reports and dashboards for Azure Devops in PowerBI Understanding of Azure DevOps boards and agile tools Self-starter with a mindset for continuous improvement and attention to detail. Preferred: Certified Scrum Master or similar certification
