Sr. Network Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in data center networking and enterprise network operations. This role requires advanced experience supporting modern switching fabrics, resolving escalated issues, and contributing to operational excellence through documentation, automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong cross?platform networking knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate as a subject matter expert within a customer?facing environment. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support advanced data center network architectures
• Serve as a senior escalation point for Level 1 network support teams
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across switching, routing, wireless, and WAN technologies
• Develop and maintain detailed runbooks and standard operating procedures for support teams
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Create and maintain operational and performance reporting
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to support enterprise networking initiatives
• Participate in customer onboarding and compliance processes as required

• 7 to 10 years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Advanced experience with data center switching fabrics using VXLAN and BGP
• Strong hands?on experience with Arista switching technologies
• Experience supporting Juniper wireless solutions
• Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non?technical audiences
• Strong problem?solving and troubleshooting skills in high?availability environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

• SD?WAN solutions such as Versa or Fortinet

• Network Access Control platforms such as Forescout

• Wireless WAN or edge connectivity solutions such as Cradlepoint

• Experience identifying and implementing network automation initiatives

• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks

Preferred Certifications

• Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE
• Arista ACE or equivalent
• SD?WAN related certification
• ITIL or other process management certification

This role may require additional customer?specific onboarding steps, including background checks or drug screening. The ability to meet these requirements may be necessary depending on assignment.
