Job description
The HRIS Specialist requires strong expertise with Employee Navigator. This position is with an insurance brokerage in Dallas whose health and welfare division is rapidly expanding. You are the subject matter expert and primary administrator for Employee Navigator. Your deep platform knowledge ensures connectivity, accuracy, and seamless integration between employer and insurance company regarding matters like payroll, enrollments, and billing., Most of your focus will be to configure and implement Employee Navigator for new and existing clients.
- Build new client profiles and update existing client profiles when needed
- Update client data, upload payroll data, employee demographics, and benefit plan offerings
- Data integration, EDI/API with insurers and payroll providers
- Establish and maintain electronic data interface with benefit providers and HRIS/payroll systems
- Identify authorized users, assign appropriate access rights, and proactively update user information as needed
Requirements
Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Employee Navigator with expertise managing carrier EDI connections, resolving errors in eligibility or billing, and integrating employee benefits plans into payroll platforms.
