Job description

  • Oversee employee and organizational records within the HRIS, ensuring information remains current, complete, and reliable.
  • Review system data to identify trends, validate accuracy, and prepare reports that help HR leaders track key workforce metrics.
  • Recommend and carry out enhancements that streamline HR processes and improve the effectiveness of technology tools.
  • Investigate system-related issues, resolve routine problems, and partner with IT teams or external providers on more complex fixes.
  • Assist with the rollout of new system features, module implementations, and platform updates to support evolving business needs.
  • Create clear process documentation, reference materials, and user guidance to promote consistent system usage across teams.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to employees and stakeholders who rely on HR technology in their daily work.

Requirements

  • Maintain appropriate standards for data privacy, system access, and compliance within the HRIS environment. Requirements - 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS administration, HR operations, or HR data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of HR information systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong ability to manage data accurately, analyze information, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Understanding of human resources processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business teams.
  • Experience preparing reports, tracking HR metrics, and supporting process improvements through technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
