Job description

This Technical Program Manager will provide structure, coordination, and visibility across product, engineering, implementations, and client support teams. The role acts as a central point of orchestration across multiple complex workstreams, reducing operational overhead for product leadership and ensuring clear communication, prioritization, and delivery across internal teams and client-facing initiatives.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage delivery across three primary workstreams

-Core platform re-platforming efforts

-Client implementations and onboarding

-Client support and feature request workflows

Serve as the central orchestration point, ensuring alignment across teams and visibility into progress

Track and communicate dependencies, milestones, and timelines

Translate technical delivery into clear readiness indicators by client and use case

Support prioritization conversations across product and engineering teams

Reduce operational burden on product leaders, enabling focus on requirements definition and roadmap execution

Maintain consistent, clear communication with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and client-facing teams

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar role in a SaaS or platform-based environment

-Strong technical fluency, including APIs, data feeds, system integrations, and engineering workflows

-Proven experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, implementations, and support

-Ability to track dependencies, timelines, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives

-Experience translating technical progress into feature readiness by client and use case

-Comfortable working closely with product managers and engineering teams to support prioritization and roadmap execution

-Strong stakeholder communication skills; able to operate without direct reports

-Ability to introduce process and discipline without over-engineering

-Local to Nashville, TN and available to report onsite 4 days a week. -Background working in high client-complexity environments (multiple implementations, differing client needs)

-AWS familiarity (environment is AWS-based)

-Prior exposure to client onboarding, implementations, or post-launch support models

-Experience acting as a "right-hand" to product or engineering leaders
