IT Project Manager Location Vistar Corporate (9002)

The IT Project Manager I performs project planning, team coordination, monitoring progress on projects, and documentation. This role serves as the foundation for advancing into more senior project management positions., * Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
• Track project milestones, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Monitor and clearly communicate project progress and escalate risks, issues, or scope concerns to leadership
• Facilitate project meetings and follow up on assigned actions to ensure timely completion
• Serve as a point of coordination between IT teams, vendors, and business partners
• Help ensure projects adhere to established project management standards, processes, and governance
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting notes
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Support impact analysis for proposed changes, enhancements, or new initiatives
• Help ensure delivered solutions meet documented requirements through walkthroughs, business handoffs, and UAT coordination
• Address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle and proposing effective solutions
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years Project Management experience
• Familiarity with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM Certification

$90,000 - $120,000 base salary + annual incentive potential
