£30000-42000 GBP Bonus Scheme, Pension Onsite WORKING Location: Bristol, South West - United Kingdom Type: Permanent Cloud Operations Engineer Cheltenham Up to £42,000 (On-Site) S/C Clearable We're looking for a Lead Cloud Operations Engineers to join a secure operations team supporting critical national infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with modern cloud and platform technologies while providing frontline operational support within a mission-critical setting. What you'll have the opportunity to do as a Cloud Operations Engineer * Provide first-line and second-line operational support for secure cloud platforms and users * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform and Linux-based issues in live environments * Monitor systems, manage incidents and follow runbooks for high-priority events * Support Kubernetes-based platforms and Infrastructure as Code environments * Work with ticketing systems to document issues, resolutions and escalations *
