Lingfield College is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly Marketing Team.
This is a hands-on, content-led role where you'll capture and create engaging social media content, from short-form video and photography to day-to-day storytelling across our digital channels. You'll play a key role in bringing school life to life online and supporting our wider marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

What You'll Do
- Create short-form video, photography, reels, and graphics
- Manage and schedule social media content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & Threads)
- Capture content around the School, bringing daily life to life online
- Write copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the website
- Update website content (CMS) and support SEO
- Assist with paid digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Build and manage monthly content calendars
- Track digital performance and provide insights
- Work closely with staff, pupils and external creative partners
- Work with our external videography agency to plan, support and repurpose long-form video content for social and digital channels
- Support school events and the wider marketing activity.
The Person
- Experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Strong video and photography skills.
- Proficiency with Canva (essential) and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Veed or Adobe).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and creative.
- A collaborative team player with a can-do approach.
Experience in education is welcome but not essential.

- Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.30am-4.30pm with a paid lunch break).
