- Lead cybersecurity solutioning for DoD and IC opportunities, including Zero Trust architectures, secure enclaves, cross-domain considerations, and mission-supporting cyber capabilities.\n
- Directly influence and help drive technical wins by defining discriminators, leading customer and classified technical discussions, and translating security architecture into mission assurance and operational resilience.\n
- Partner with Business Development and Capture to shape opportunities and defend technical approaches in secure and mission environments.\n
\n \nAI-Enabled Engineering (Required)\n \n \n
- Aleut Federal expects AI to be used in practical, mission-aligned cyber applications where it improves operational outcomes.\n
- Apply AI/ML to anomaly detection, threat analysis, prioritization, and security operations workflows.\n
- Integrate AI into monitoring and cyber operations environments with clear controls, validation, and human oversight.\n
- Required: experience applying AI to security or monitoring use cases. Strongly preferred for Senior Principal: delivered AI-enabled cyber systems or workflows in production or mission environments.\n
- Ensure AI capabilities are secure, explainable, auditable, and compliant with DoD and IC requirements.\n
\n \nCapture, Proposal & Pricing\n \n \n
- Lead and contribute to technical proposal development for cyber opportunities.\n
- Author and own complete technical sections, including security architecture, control frameworks, operational model, and implementation approach.\n
- Build BOEs aligned to compliance, architecture complexity, and operational sustainment.\n
- Ensure solutions are executable, compliant, and differentiated.\n
\n \nDelivery Assurance & Technical QA\n \n \n
- Ensure alignment between proposed and delivered cyber architectures in classified and mission environments.\n
- Provide technical oversight during implementation, assessment, and transition phases.\n
- Identify and mitigate risks related to security posture, compliance, mission continuity, and cross-domain constraints.\n
\n \nTechnical Marketing, Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement\n \n \n
- Develop cyber-focused solution briefs, reference patterns, and capability messaging for DoD and IC audiences.\n
- Actively participate in secure briefings, industry events, and mission forums and be willing to speak credibly in defense and intelligence-oriented settings.\n
- Position Aleut Federal as a credible cyber partner in DoD and IC markets.\n
