Need to work with Internal Payroll team. Collaborating with global payroll team and other Oracle Functional/Technical folks. Work as an SME in Payroll., Converting Vertex engine to Oracle US Payroll engine, mandatory post 25C Manage end-to-end US payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Apply knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax regulations in payroll administration. Calculate and process statutory deductions including FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and other applicable taxes. Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and wage & hour laws (FLSA). Partner with HR, Finance, Stay updated with changes in US tax laws affecting payroll.

2. 12+ years of experience in US payroll and taxation.
