Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors integrations to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing, developing, and managing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP/non-SAP systems. This role requires deep technical knowledge of CPI, along with a solid understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central., Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integrations using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). * Build and maintain interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR/HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party systems. * Develop integration flows (iFlows), mappings, and APIs using CPI tools and services. * Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules to enable seamless data exchange. * Collaborate with HR, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. * Handle data transformations including XML, JSON, IDoc, SOAP, REST, and OData services. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CPI integrations to ensure high performance and reliability. * Manage error handling, logging, and alert mechanisms within CPI. * Support data migration and integration testing activities across environments. * Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards. * Document integration architecture, technical specifications, and support processes. * Stay updated on SAP integration technologies and recommend best practices.
Requirements
8-10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). * Strong hands-on experience in building integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems. * Expertise in CPI components such as iFlows, adapters, message mapping, and APIs. * Experience with integration protocols: REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc. * Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR data structures. * Experience with middleware and integration architecture patterns. * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: * SAP CPI / Integration Suite certification. * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or S/4HANA integrations. * Knowledge of other middleware tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or PI/PO. * Exposure to global HR transformation projects. * Familiarity with security standards (OAuth, SAML, etc.).
