SAP ABAP HR Developer

We are seeking a skilled SAP HR ABAP Developer. The candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions within the SAP HR module. The candidate should have good knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits processes, strong ABAP programming skills., * Develop and customize ABAP code, including reports and interfaces, to support HR/Payroll/Benefits needs.

• Ensure code quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Design, develop, and test interfaces between SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits and other external/internal systems.
• Set up and troubleshoot data exchange methods like IDocs, ALE, and web services.
• Understand SAP HR modules like Personnel Admin, Payroll, and Time Management to align technical solutions with business processes.
• Perform testing and resolve technical issues in ABAP and integration flows.
• Collaborate with functional teams, SAP Basis, and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Improve performance and scalability of ABAP programs and interfaces.

• 5-8 years of experience in ABAP programming and SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits modules.
• Knowledge of SAP integration techniques and middleware tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in ABAP and XI/PO environments.
• Experience in testing methodologies, including unit, system, and regression testing.
• Experience working in large SAP implementations, preferably within utility or similar sectors.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.
