Requirements
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with experience in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) SuccessFactors integrations.to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules to support HR transformation initiatives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central).
- Design, develop, and test interfaces between SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits and other external/internal systems using SAP Cloud Integration using CPI
- 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- 5+ years of experience in Design, develop, and test interfaces between SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits and other external/internal systems using SAP Cloud Integration using CPI
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is highly preferred).
- Experience in configuration, workflows, data models, business rules, and role-based permissions.
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with business and technical teams.
