Job description
We are currently looking for a Data Analytic (AI Coach) to join a major banking client and support the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across business departments.
Mission Context
As an AI Coach, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and responsible use of AI within the organization.
You will act as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer, helping teams identify high-value use cases, leverage AI tools effectively (e.g. Copilot), and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and change management, requiring both technical awareness and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Use Case Identification & Delivery
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases across departments
- Analyze processes to detect automation opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility and business impact
- Support the development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots
- Ensure alignment with AI governance and business priorities
Adoption & Change Management
- Support teams in the daily use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot)
- Drive adoption and productivity improvements
- Act as a bridge between business teams and central AI departments
- Share best practices and success stories
Training & Evangelization
- Raise awareness of AI opportunities
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and hands-on coaching
- Create reusable materials (e.g. prompt libraries, guidelines)
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent experience in analytics/AI)
Languages
- English - Fluent
- Dutch and/or French - Fluent (one mandatory, the other is a plus)
Experience & Skills
Mandatory
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of AI / GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models)
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Understanding of AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations
- Experience in transformation or AI adoption initiatives
- Strong facilitation and training skills
