Job description
We are looking Lead business analysis on Property and cassualty for large multi stream programs driving requirements strategy process design and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high quality outcomes., * Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance
- Drive complex requirements elicitation user stories BRD/FRD and end to end process design
- Conduct impact analysis process modeling and solution validation with architecture and QA
- Manage stakeholder alignment prioritization scope decisions and business sign offs
- Support Agile SAFe ceremonies UAT planning defect triage and delivery readiness
Requirements
- Experience 8 years BA experience with 5 years in a Lead Manager role
- Strong in enterprise analysis Agile SAFe delivery and cross team coordination
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills Tools JIRAAzure DevOps SQLdata analysis
- Background Insurance banking modernization cloud migration or platform transformation Duck Creek Guidewire NET.
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90000- 125000
