Job description
Duties: Drive partnership with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into analytical requirements. Develop campaign measurement plans and formalize short & long-term testing objectives. Develop experimental test designs consistent with learning agenda, financial objectives and operational constraints. Build analytical forecasts, scenarios & insights for campaigns to help optimize budget. Leverage data visualization techniques to present analytical insights to stakeholders and business unit leadership.
Requirements
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Financial Risk Management, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance or related field of study plus 2 years (24 months) of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Financial Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: using programming languages such as Python, SAS, R, or SQL to query databases, manipulate data, produce summary statistics, or calculate statistical measures; data analysis using statistical methods such as basic statistical measures, probability, or hypothesis testing, interpreting results and providing actionable insights for performance improvement; designing and developing Excel documents to organize business data, build analytical frameworks and create charts and tables; leveraging data visualization techniques using PowerPoint and Tableau to present analytical insights to stakeholders. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: performing cost-benefit analysis such as budget planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, stress testing, sensitivity analysis, NPV, ROI, or break-even to optimize future business strategies.
