Job description
You will play a key role in creating the AI team's image and designing intuitive and visually compelling user experiences. You will be part of a diverse team of successful and enthusiastic professionals located across the globe - Spain, USA, Portugal, Poland, Vietnam and India. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, other designers and business leaders to shape and execute the product vision. Your expertise in UX research, UI design, combined with your passion for AI, will drive engagement and enhance usability of our products used by some of the biggest organizations worldwide.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for designing high-quality experiences that delight customers
- Paricipate in product discovery, explore opportunities for new features and improvements
- Lead user interviews and draw valuable insights
- Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with developers to contribute to an integrated AI-driven design and development workflow
- Contribute to and help improve our design system and UI kits
- Proactively and continuously improve the team's design process and techniques
- Work closely with our Product/Business Managers and Development team members
- Understand and adapt to changing product priorities
- Create compelling presentations and marketing materials that represent our products
- Coordinate ideation sessions and workshops
- Participate in Design Labs with other teams and exchange knowledge
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design and validation skills. You have a strong UX background and experience creating and implementing UI designs.
- Proven track record of creating and/or maintaining design systems or UI kits
- Strong knowledge of Figma (including Figma Make)
- Proven track record of creating delightful UI designs for web applications
- Passion for using AI in the design flow
- Critical and design thinking skills
- Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude
- Good creative, logical, and technical communications skills
- You believe in the importance of consistency, and understand the benefits of building things systematically

- Be passionate about how users think and behave in digital environments
- Be an open-minded person, eager to make things better
- Fluent English both written and spoken
