Algorithms Engineer

This position would suit someone who enjoys solving difficult engineering problems, working across disciplines, and contributing to the development of high-performance systems in the defence sector. You will be responsible for:

• Developing, refining and validating algorithms for complex seeker and sensing applications
• Running technical investigations, analysing results, and using evidence to support design changes and performance improvements
• Working with multidisciplinary teams to integrate algorithms into system models and assess overall system behaviour

We are looking for experience in:

• Algorithm development
• MATLAB
• Planning and conducting investigations to inform systems design
• Data analysis
• RF systems and digital signal processing would be highly desirable, as would be the use of Simulink
• Security requirements: you must be a British Citizen eligible for high level security clearance
